Food Preparation, Recipes for a Globalized Society

Globalism and its pervasive, influential push for unity under corporate cultural control will have the effect (unwanted or otherwise) of pushing smaller, unique cultures, tribes and ways of life into oblivion and extinction. The purpose here is not to judge the ill effects of globalism (perhaps these issues will be addressed and solved) but to highlight the culinary arts in our wonderful Blue Marble and to appreciate the diversity it offers.
